An 'un'conference by patients, for patients, where you can come along and spend a couple of days in the company of People with Diabetes (#PWD) and family and friends. All about Living Well with Diabetes and learning from others "Experts by Experience" in a relaxed, informal surrounding.
The Saturday evening will include dinner and a special "PWD" social event (bring your glad rags!), a family friendly event that will start early and end late...
A new feature for this year will be the Great #GBDOC Bake Off - anyone can enter and awards for most/least carb friendly cake, best in show etc will be awarded on the day!
After the insane popularity of the #GBDOC SwapShop at last year's conferece it will be returning - an opportunity to donate any Dtech/Dstuff or accessories you don't want anymore and pick up bits you do want!
