Would you like to join the Global's Make Some Noise team for the Perkins Great Eastern Run 2016?
The half marathon takes place on Sunday October 9th, and is one of the fastest growing in the UK. The flat course means that it's ideal for setting a fast time, with the record being set in 2015 of 1hr 1min 40secs, making it the second fastest half marathon in the UK.
Global's Make Some Noise has a limited number of places to join our team so make your application right now!
If you are successful in joining our team there is no registration fee, however we'll ask you to commit to raise at least £250 in sponsorship for Make Some Noise, which will be used to change the lives of children & young people across the UK, including here in Cambridgeshire.
As a thank you, when you reach £100 in your fundraising we'll send you a Make Some Noise running vest to wear with pride on the big day itself, and on the lead up to the event we'll send you loads of tips to help you with your training and fundraising.
By applying you are not guaranteed a place - we'll be in touch with you soon to let you know if you've been successful.

When & Where
Global's Make Some Noise
Global's Make Some Noise is the official in-house charity of Global, the media and entertainment group. We support small but brilliant charities helping disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
These charities struggle to get heard, so we unite some of the best- loved radio stations in the UK - Heart, Capital, Capital XTRA, Classic FM, Smooth, LBC, Radio X and Gold - to give them a voice and raise money to support their incredible work.
These projects are a vital lifeline for thousands of youngsters and their families living with illness, disability or lack of opportunity. They provide life-changing support such as speech therapy for children recovering from brain tumours, confidence-building workshops for teenagers with cancer and help and guidance to bereaved children who have lost someone special. Without projects like these, families wouldn't be able to access this life-changing support locally, if at all.
Global's Make Some Noise is an appeal operated by Global Charities, a registered charity in England & Wales (1091657) and Scotland (SC041475).
