Join me at my weekly Pilates group located by the harbour on Cremorne Point. Weekly groups include Thursday Pilates & Prosecco and Saturday Pilates & Brunch. Thursday's class will be a relaxing yet strong session focussing on releasing any tension, stretching and rebalancing our bodies ready for the weekend, followed by a chilled glass of Prosecco and nibbles as it is almost the weekend and well worth celebrating! The Saturday class will be a slightly stronger session more focussed on our core strength and stability, working on those summer abs followed by a healthy morning smoothie and nourishing breakfast setting you up for a great day! Why not continue your healthy morning with a swim at the beautiful local McCallum pool or take a walk along the reserve taking in the view!
Classes are small so you have my full attention and exercises may be modifid to suit every level.
Location will be sent to ticket holders a few days before the event along with a registration form to be completed and returned before the class.
