Description
Come and meet the nation’s Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy, as she performs her classic fairy tale, The Princess’ Blankets. The story of a princess who cannot get warm, until a travelling musician saves her and the kingdom from a terrible spell. With musical accompaniment from John Sampson, this family event is suitable for children age 5+. The performance will be followed by Carol Ann signing copies of her books and John showing audience members his amazing instruments from around the world. A NiddFest event.
