Alex is a trained journalist and third sector communications expert with 5 years experience in the sector working in marketing, public relations and brand management for a number of charities including Time Bank, Transforming A Generation and British Youth Council.
Alex regularly delivers workshops at conference on how to hit headlines and tutors on how to achieve national, regional and local press coverage for newsworthy stories. Her role as Communications Outreach Manager also requires her to regularly train communities in the use of citizen journalism.
