Karl is the Co-Founder of an property investment company and a House share management business, full-time in property along with his business partner Lee. He has now built a £75K net income rent to rent business, now working with JV investors converting residential properties to HMO’s, as well as brokering large deals in London.
Prior to working for himself he worked for another property company and raised over £4 million in jV finance within 3 years and spoke on stage all over the country.
Before being in the property business he worked in corporate life as sales person for almost 15 years in the business to business sector, and has brought this experience across into property.
