One-Day Raw Retreat

Saturday 8th October 10.00am - 7.30pm

• Learn and take part in making simple and delicious raw vegan recipes
• Be guided through relaxing mediations to help you connect with your body and intuition
• EFT (emotional freedom technique/tapping) to help with cravings and food addictions
• Enjoy simple yoga and breathing to aid relaxation and digestion
• Learn simple steps to gradually transition to a high raw and plant based diet
• Receive recipes and shopping list to get you started or to help you create more interesting dishes

About the Facilitator

Lia is an expert speaker in health and nutrition. She is also a raw food chef and practitioner of bodywork and healing. This includes lymphatic drainage, abdominal massage and reiki. Lia cured herself from an MS-type illness and lost 2.5 stone in weight using raw food and natural healing, and has since been sharing her knowledge and experience. She believes in a slow gentle transition to more plant based and raw food and to listen to your intuition about what your body needs.

Important Information

Please wear loose comfortable and warm clothing and bring socks/sleepers as no shoes are allowed in the retreat space. Bring food containers with as there may be food to take home.

Price: £95 Early Bird Ends Sunday 2nd Oct 11.30pm (then £120, or £130 on the day, only if spaces)

£50 booking deposit (this is nonrefundable but is transferable, the balance will be £50 which incudes a £5 admin fee)

Spaces are limited so ensure you book early, this will be a small intimate group.

Parking: No restrictions at the weekend


Underground: 10+ mins bus ride from Cockfosters tube station

Cabs: available at both stations


Buses: 298, and others, ask for Oakmere Avenue bus stop
Then first on the left, after turning into Gregory Avenue
