Event Details

The challenges and opportunities presented by a digital world have meant that magazines have to adapt. In this masterclass, three leading industry experts will discuss the new magazine landscape: Luke Lewis (editor of NME.com), Tim Arthur (editor-in-chief of Time Out), and Alan Rutter (who helped launched the iPad editions of WIRED, GQ, Vanity Fair and Vogue). Through talks and Q&A, the evening will cover free versus paid content, alternative revenue streams, using digital alongside print, advertising and sponsorship and tablets and mobile. This masterclass is for anybody interested in working in magazines, whether as a business or for pleasure.
