Everyone wants to be a joyful and happy person. With a joyful heart our relationships with others naturally improve and we ourselves always keep a happy and flexible mind.
Buddha taught simple meditations that help us to develop and improve a joyful heart. They can be practised by anyone, Buddhist or not and help us to maintain a peaceful mind in our daily life.
A CD including the three guided meditations taught on this retreat day is also available. The meditations are from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition but you do not need to be a Buddhist to practise them or benefit from them.
