We are delighted to welcome Prisons Minister Crispin Blunt to our annual justice conference. The Minister will set out the Government’s thinking behind the range of different models of payment by results for offender rehabilitation currently being developed by the Ministry of Justice.
Throughout the morning our expert panelists will help us to explore the impact that the new approach is having on rehabilitation interventions and outline the longer-term direction of travel for the rehabilitation revolution.
