Royal Ascot & Ladies Day at Ascot 2017
The world's most glamorous racing day - Ladies Day at Royal Ascot - is renowned for being the biggest day on the British social and sporting calendar, and we are inviting YOU to join us and be a part of this exciting occasion.
Our fantastic all inclusive day tour to The Royal Ascot for Ladies on June 22nd 2017 will be a chance to dress up and join the regal tradition and pageantry on a fun day out!
Or if you are not free on that day, join us on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday at the Royal Ascot races 2017.
Our fabulous all inclusive day tour package will include:
- Return luxury coach transport to Royal Ascot from London
- Bubbly will be provided on journey to the racecourse
- There will be an option to meet at Ascot
- Tickets to The Royal Ascot for Queen Anne Enclosure (previously Grandstand Enclosure) or Windsor Enclosure (previously Silver Ring)
- Large buffet lunch upon arrival, served generously with excellent varieties of quality red and white wine.
Royal Ascot Ladies Day tour - Thursday 22nd June 2017
Check in at 9:00am for 9:30am departure from Victoria Coach Station, London.
Departing from London, free bubbly will be provided as we head west to Ascot, a journey of approx 90 minutes, depending upon traffic. On arrival, a full buffet lunch will be provided along with an excellent choice of red and white wine, and even more bubbly! You will have plenty of time to enjoy lunch and generous servings of refreshments before entering the racecourse at your own leisure to watch the Royal procession pass at 2.00pm.
A buffet lunch is served in the coach park. Whilst it is a grass area there is no cover at all and no seating. It is inside the main 1 mile straight, only a few minutes walk to the entrance of either the Queen Anne or Windsor enclosures. The first race is normally 2.35pm. We will depart Royal Ascot at 7.00pm, which is approximately 90 minutes after the last race (normally around 5.30pm).
This gives you extra time to join the live bands or the famous sing-a-long at the rear of the Grandstand. Depending upon traffic, we aim to have you back in central London by 8.30pm.
Ticket admission information
This admission provides excellent facilities and viewing areas at ground level. The Parade Ring and track are both within a short walking distance, reached by crossing the Concourse of the main Grandstand. This is the most popular enclousure but contact us if you wish to upgrade.
There are a variety of places to eat and drink, with betting available from the bookmakers in the betting ring, tote pool kiosks, and betting shops in the main enclosure.
Please note: Race goers in this area do not have access to Level 4 of the enclosure. The opportunity to upgrade to Premier Admission is subject to availability on the day.
Queen Anne Enclosure offers viewing from ground and lawn levels, and allows you access to the main parade ring, as well as its excellent facilities. Your lunch and drinks will be served in the coach park along with all our guests.
This admission provides an excellent vantage point to watch the Royal Procession, the official opening to each day, and you could be one of the first race goers to see the Queen as she makes her way down the track.
Please note: The Windsor Enclosure is a separate admission area that does not provide access to the Parade Ring or the main Grandstand.

PLEASE NOTE: The above prices are subject to change after 15 September 2016 when the Tour Operator is scheduled to raise prices. So register and pay your deposits to secure this year’s prices before 15 September 2016.
