These sessions will focus on short runs with drills, hills, conditioning and strength.
This is a 5-week block, costing £1 per session as a contribution towards the hall hire, please pay the Run Leader at the first session. This gives you the opportunity to really work on your running style and strength and improve over the 5 week period. Sessions will include drills and running strength exercises followed by some short running intervals - suitable for all speeds and will take place in Studio 9 (a session that the weather can't spoil!!!!) At The Gatehouse Centre, BS13 9JN
Suitable for Beginners and Improvers, working on running technique to help prevent injury and to become a stronger runner.
Sessions aim to be fun and sociable, so come and join us.
Meeting at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.
Starts Wednesday 21st September running until Wednesday 19th October.
