This is the key ingredient to winning business and converting enquiries into business. Asking the right questions when you initially take the enquiry, follow up a quote or call a company to follow up on a marketing campaign.

Understanding the client’s situation is a key technique in the sales process.

  • Selling your company to the client

Understanding the key sales features and benefits of your business. Selling the best product and or service for the brief. Ensuring relevance to client objectives and needs.

  • Closing the sale

Looking at methods to ensure that you gain commitment from the client throughout the sales process in order that you convert the enquiry into an order!

Joanna Sadie – Trainer Profile:

Joanna has over 22 years of sales, sales training, sales consultancy and recruitment experience. She has extensive commercial experience gained from over 12 years in the competitive world of media and newspaper advertising sales, where she held a number of senior sales and account management positions.

In 2000 she established Leapfrog. Through Leapfrog, she has consulted, trained and coached a wide variety of SME businesses across a range of industries, including marketing, media, non-profit and professional services, to help improve the performance of their sales teams working with them to increase turnover, penetrate new markets and develop relationships with existing clients.

Joanna has a successful track record as a trainer and is passionate about helping people move from average to exceptional performance. She brings an enthusiastic, engaging and consultative approach to training and a desire to help people unlock their true potential.

This workshop is delivered by Economic Change in partnership with arc Building Better Business, an initiative founded by Business in the Community with support from Asda, BP, Interserve and Freshfields to support social enterprises in London and Yorkshire.
