BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL

Available alternate Sundays from June to October.
ABOUT THE TOUR
During the 19th and 20th centuries shipbuilding dominated Glasgow’s River Clyde. Numerous ship yards lined the north and south banks producing everything from paddle steamers to the world famous Cunard liners like the QE2. Our cycle tour takes you through its history.
Bring your own bike or use one of our Nextbike City Bikes as we follow official cycle routes down the north bank of the river to Clydebank then cross the Clyde on the Renfrew Ferry before returning to the city along the south bank.
Please note: Whilst every effort will be made to follow the advertised route of a tour, Hidden Heritage Tours reserves the right to change tour routes if weather conditions, roadworks, unscheduled events, the pace of the group or other unforeseen circumstances dictate.
IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATION
Welcome to Hidden Heritage Tours. We offer walking and cycling tours around Glasgow's industrial heritage sites and some of its lesser (and better) known tourist attractions. The Tobacco Lords Tour is available all year round with the City Sights Tour starting at Easter and the Shipbuilding Tour beginning in June.
