The scenario based workshop takes attendees through the 4 steps needed to produce an effective social media marketing campaign. Attendees will build a campaign for a business at a point of expansion. Creating measurable aims that will guide the campaign, highlighting key messages of the business through the campaign, researching the social media use of competitors and developing content to optimise reach and engagement, including image and video development.
Attendees will learn how to use, social media scheduling software, free image creators and online video tools to help increase reach and engagement with their customers.
