Social Media: How can you use it to gain market power?
Monday 18 March – 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Chris Coleridge, Teaching Fellow - UCL Dep. of Management Science and Innovation
Social Media is only useful for your company when it gets you market power. Many forms of social media simply advertise your presence rather than deliver you the kind of market authority and credibility that deliver customers. This session focuses on how to design a social media strategy and tactical plan that will produce real benefits to the early stage company.
- The four kinds of 'social power'
- Your ability to target your customers through social media
- Designing a social media campaign-- the first year
- Lean analytics and matching/adjusting your social media activities to your objectives
