Attend the workshop Visitors, Residents and user-orientated online communications delivered by Ian Clark. Ian is a subject librarian at the University of East London. A co-founder of Voices for the Library and Informed, Ian is also involved in the Radical Librarians Collective and is on the editorial team for the Journal of Radical Librarianship. He has written articles on professional issues for The Guardian, the Open Rights Group, Library Journal and InfoToday.
