Here’s how the session works
You’ll arrive for 9.30 and experience the Greenstones customer greeting system. You see how we take this opportunity to start asking for referrals right from the moment customers walk through the door.
Then you’ll get a tour of the office. You’ll see the mood board, the job planning board, the team progress charts, the pool table, the cardboard cut-out in reception and the cardiac desk – if you are lucky there might even be some cake on it! And that’s not all, I’ll share with you why and how each of the systems work.
Once you have grabbed all the insights you can from the tour you’ll get to hear my latest thinking on lead generation and the systems we have introduced. Our main focus is word of mouth referrals so I’ll cover what we do on that and how you can work with your current and potential customers in a sincere and be dependable way.
After a break the action turns to motivating your team. I’ll share how we use ROWE (Results Only Work Environment) and what the first steps should be for you if you want to introduce it in your business. I’ll also share the software I use in order to make it possible and for me to be able to work from anywhere and still maintain work relationships.
We’ll also have a look at one or two systems that help make sure we produce a quality service.
At around 12.30 we’ll stop for lunch. Over lunch we’ll share our next steps and commit to the actions we are going to take as a result of the time we have spent together.

There is no catch. As I said the GreenStones team and I love sharing the ideas and concepts we have introduced in the business to make it the success that it is.

Not on my life! I hate events, trainings and seminars that share very little content and become a pitch fest just as much as you. Over lunch, when we share our next steps, I’ll share with you how you can work more with me in a relaxed way. That’s either on a one to one basis or in my mentoring group and it’ll take no more than 5 minutes. The focus on the day is all about you and how you can improve your business.

Yes, but I can’t promise who will be there as they all work ROWE and can come and go as they please. If you want to do this it will take place after our time together and it would help if you tell me you want to after you have booked, so I can arrange it for you.
Can I take photographs so I can show my team when I get back to the office?
Yes of course, take as many as you like. The only thing I ask is if you use them in blog postings or social media you include my website www.socksupsimon.com in the credits.
Can I speak to the other participants after the event?
Yes and I actively encourage it. Whatever your actions are after our time together you’ll be much more likely to complete them if you have someone to hold you accountable!
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, in fact there are three!
#1 QUALITY if you get to lunchtime and you have not got tremendous values for your £89 plus vat all you need to do is ask for your money back and I’ll make sure the team refund it that day!
#2 QUANTITY if you get to lunchtime and you have not got at least 5 easy to implement and practical action points on your list I’ll insist you have all of your money back
#3 DEVELOPMENT if you get to lunchtime and have not had your thinking stretched on at least one occasion, again I’ll insist that you have your money back.

I am sure your time is as precious as my own. I have a son (called Ben) approaching two years old and want to spend as much time with him as possible.
