Song-writing for change: Sugar & Spice workshop
Saturday, 8 March 2014 from 15:00 to 15:45 (GMT)
Manchester, United Kingdom
Join the fabulous Clare Mooney for a song-writing workshop with a difference. To fit in with the theme of Sugar & Spice, you'll be working as a group to write an original protest song. You'll then get a chance to perform your new creation with Clare in the Sugar & Spice cafe space straight after the workshop! Whether you're musical or not, this is your chance to have fun and get creative with one of Manchester's finest singer-songwriters.
This workshop is part of Sugar & Spice 8 - Make Love Not War, The Lesbian & Gay Foundation's celebration of International Women's Day for lesbian and bisexual women. Sugar & Spice takes place on Sat 8th & Sun 9th March 2014. Admission to Sugar & Spice is free and unreserved but some workshops should be prebooked.
