Spring Energy: Mindfulness, Crystals and Reiki

Emerge into Spring Energy with Sheree Wilson, our wonderful 8 in the Universe, Crystal Healing and Reiki Master Teacher at this free promotional invitation only workshop.

If you have ever wondered about Energy Work, Crystal Healing or Reiki and did not know where to begin, you have arrived at the right place. This workshop is the perfect introduction in a safe environment with a highly qualified experienced friendly tutor.

Sheree will work with you using a Tibetan Singing Bowl, Mindfulness techniques and Crystals to aid meditative practise and relaxation.

• Learn to relax to create harmony and clarity, to lift your spirit and boost your sense of wellbeing.
• This workshop will help you tune into your body's energy flow and allow positive realignment.

Situated in The Canvas Cafe, off Brick Lane, you are then perfectly located to enjoy a coffee or dinner on site or nearby and then jump on a nearby tube or bus and be anywhere.

Are there any age requirements?

All welcome 18 yrs and over

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you are unable to attend you can transfer/gift your ticket to a friend/family.

Please inform us who will be taking your place as soon as possible and before the workshop starts.

What is the refund policy?

If you are unable to attend, cannot gift the ticket and inform us at least 48 hrs before this workshop starts. You are welcome to attend, at no charge, one of our other workshops at The Canvas Cafe in April or May 2016, to be booked directly with us.

Venue Access?

This workshop takes place in the lower ground floor of The Canvas Cafe. A lovely space but only accessible by a short flight of steps. No lift is available.
