Mr. Jeppsson has held managerial positions in IKEA for 30 years in five different countries. He was store manager in France and Managing Director in Belgium.
His most prominent position was as the Personal Assistant to Ingvar Kamprad, the founder of IKEA, for almost seven years. Some months ago, Staffan published a book about the down-to-earth, human leadership of Ingvar Kamprad (Breven Berättar, Ekerlids Förlag). Today, Staffan works with leadership programs mainly based on IKEA’s values. He is also a certified instructor in mindfulness. Staffan has lived in Waterloo, Belgium for more than 21 years.
During this seminar, Mr. Jeppsson will discuss the following topics:

2. A brief history of IKEA, and where it stands today
3. IKEA Founder Ingvar Kamprad’s leadership
4. Mr. Jeppsson’s newly published book ”Breven berättar” (Legendary Letters, when published in English), covering Ingvar Kamprad’s management principles
5. Some thoughts on the future
