Surrey and North Hampshire Branch
Adam Lupton – HR Director of Alphabet (part of BMW) will present a case study outlining how a business previously used to traditional ways of working, used the relocation to one central business site to drive a new approach to working among its staff. Led by HR, employees have been exposed to working practices aimed at delivering great employee satisfaction and delivering a more productive workforce.
The meeting format will combine knowledge and information presentation with an open Marketplace where Alphabet HR managers will hold roundtable discussions about specific elements of the change process, allowing attendees to share their business issues and gain solutions from others around the table. This will build attendees a network of HR professionals with relevant experience as they move around the Market.
We start with light refreshments at 6.15 pm and finish at around 8.45 pm.
