Territory Design & Execution - Webinar
Wednesday, 28 September 2016 from 08:30 to 09:30 (BST)
Territory Design & Execution - Andrew Hough, CEO, Association of Professional Sales
September is the perfect time to review the sales territories for the coming year and to use the data analytics to ascertain where the following years growth aspirations/goals will be fulfilled. During the event we will examine the internal and external parameters that can be used, analysed and modelled in order to then make informed decisions on changes and plans for the coming year.
We will look at the following:
Current Territory design Internal
- Customer type
- Revenue history (overall performance, by customer, by type/product)
- Length of relationship
- Number of accounts
Possible Territory Performance
- Customer potential – white space
- Customer engagement
- CRM Analytics
- Account allocation
These and more considerations will be discussed by Andrew Hough, CEO of the APS who in his current role advises APS companies and members on these issues, based on his experiences in sales and sales operations over 25 years.
After 25 years sales and sales leadership experience across global retail, financial services and IT sectors, Andy has taken a sabbatical, to spend time with his family, but has also used time to focus on the growth of the APS, and take the organisation from launch to rapid growth. His drive and determination to change the view of sales and make a considerable difference, has been a key ingredient to building the APS momentum
