What is the deluxe goody bag?

Our deluxe goody bags can be purchased for just £9 in advance, or £11 at the event. Each contains a lovely array of carefully curated goodies. Contents will vary between events, but with a RRP £35 you can be sure it will be worth treating yourself.

I forgot to purchase a goody bag, can I buy one on the day?

We have a just 20 deluxe goody bags available per event. Any goody bags not purchased in advance will be available to purchase on the day. Please ask at The Baby Fayre stand when you arrive.

What if I miss my time slot?

Don't worry if you are running late! The time slots helps us keep a steady flow to ensure you are able to freely browse and chat to our exhibitors, and to have your purchased goody bags ready.

My time slot is not available, what can I do?

Don't worry - time slots helps us keep a steady flow to ensure you are able to freely browse and chat to our exhibitors, and to have your purchased goody bags ready. Please choose the closest available time slot prior to when you would like to arrive, and come when you are ready.

Question 5

Do children/infants need a ticket?

Please include all children and infants in your selection, including babes in arms. This is to help us keep track of how many people are in the building.

Question 6

There are not enough tickets available for our party, what shall I do?

Accepted Answer

If there are not enough ticket slots available for your group, please select the remaining tickets from your preferred time slot, and add tickets from the next available space.

Can I purchase raffle tickets without attending the event?

If you would like to purchase raffle tickets but are unable to attend the event, you may add tickets via the eventbrite registration page, under "add-ons". Tickets numbers will be emailed and winners notified within 24hrs of the event.

Where can I park?

Parking in Ely is free on Sundays so you can park in any of the local car parks and on some side roads. Parking at the venue is strictly limited - there is no parking at the front of the building. The riverside is a lovely short stroll from Ely cathedral.

Are dogs allowed?

Sorry, but no dogs are allowed into the venue, with the exception of identified service dogs. Please visit the venue website for more information www.themaltingsely.org.uk
