Event Details

On his Visiting Professorship with the University of the Highlands and Islands Centre for History, Professor Eric Richards, now Emeritus Professor of Flinders University in Adelaide, will present a lecture focusing on the role Highland Estates played during the Clearances.   Introduced by Emeritus Professor James Hunter and supported by the Carnegie Trust this lecture will take place at the University of the Highlands and Islands’ Executive Office as part of Highland Homecoming.

We will do our best to fulfil your requirements to allow you to fully participate in this event.   Please let us know if you have any special requirements such as video-conference access, hearing loops, wheelchair access, high backed chair, hand-outs in advance and/or in alternative formats such as large print etc.
