Following Becky’s engaging session last year on how to position Organisational Development and Learning & Development we have invited her back to help us explore Performance Management. We are promised an enlightening 90 minutes covering the following:
- What are the different options available to organisations to manage performance?
- What is the current thinking?
- Learn from fellow practitioners in the room about what they are using and seeing?
- A real case study of the journey one organisation has made looking at the changes made and the impact they have had
- Putting all the learning together – sharing thoughts and insights based of what we have heard.
As usual this will be an interactive session, using discussion and debate as our source of learning and challenge to our thinking.
