How Cloud, Social and Mobile combine to transform business
Lightning talks, moderated panel discussion and business networking reception
Our London event in April comprises a 360° study of collaboration in the Cloud - what some are calling "social business". Helping us explore this important topic and examining the future of collaboration are a line-up of acknowledged experts in the field who are kindly forming the panel for our moderated discussion.
April also sees the kick-off of our 2014 EuroCloud Awards Programme. A very small component of the agenda, but hopefully a useful one - giving some feedback from the judges last year to attempt to provide some hints on what they look for. This year we are enjoying the support of three media partners so the objective of getting exposure to your products, services and company/brand awareness has already been put in place. All you need to do is enter (astonishingly simple).
The event will be rounded off with a convivial networking reception. Our hosts, Baker Tilly, who generously support the EuroCloud Awards in the UK, provide us with an ideal location and the perfect atmosphere for valuable social interaction (analogue style!).
Some of the questions to resolve
• What is it?
• Why cloud (and mobile) makes a difference?
• What platforms?
• What are the barriers?
• Why isn't everybody doing it?

When & Where
EuroCloud is a European network of local cloud applications and computing communities, each established to encourage and promote the interests and benefits of cloud within their own countries and across Europe. Representing over 2,000 Cloud businesses, EuroCloud is the largest and most influential organisation of its kind.
EuroCloud UK is a forum for companies engaged in cloud business activity to network together, share best practice advice and build the profile of the industry. Visit our website for more about our membership and activities in the UK. We are an independent membership organisation owned by our members and governed by a volunteer Board drawn from the membership: not-for-profit by constitution with activities restricted to support members and the wider Cloud computing community.
