Tuesday, 4 October 2016 from 09:00 to 16:15 (BST)
Understanding the changes you will need to make to your packaging when selling your products overseas is an important factor to growing your sales.
This workshop will provide you with an insight into international marketing, and considerations to bear in mind when designing your packaging and labelling.
With practical advice and information, you will gain an insight into how to adapt your packaging for overseas markets as well as an understanding of the legal requirements such as:
• Customer information labels
• Best before labels
You will also learn about the cultural differences between your target market and the UK and gain insights into colours, shapes and design features that may increase your sales overseas.
After the workshop, there will be an opportunity to network with local businesses on the same journey as you, as well as speak to advisers on a 1-2-1 basis to discuss your requirements in depth.
