The Society for Medieval Archaeology Student Colloquium will take place at Cardiff University on 8-9th November 2012.
Over the two days there will be a wide-range of paper sessions, a poster session, a keynote lecture, a wine reception and book displays.
The event aims to provide a platform for postgraduates and early career professionals to present and discuss their current research. Undergraduate students are welcome to attend.

Attendance is free for student members of the Society and £20 for non-student members.
Student members must register their attendance online through the Eventbrite system.

The Society for Medieval Archaeology
The Society for Medieval Archaeology exists to further the study of the period from the 5th to the 16th century A.D. by publishing a journal of international standing dealing primarily with the archaeological evidence, and by other means such as by holding regular meetings and arranging conferences. It aims to serve as a medium for co-ordinating the work of archaeologists with that of historians and scholars in any other discipline relevant to this field. Members receive Medieval Archaeology, the Society's journal, together with a twice-yearly newsletter.
