Will food and drink be made be available?

Please bring your own lunch, though local facilities are available at the beach café and the Ship Inn. We shall make basic refreshments (drinks, biscuits, fruit, etc) available in the Reading Room.

What provision will you make for public conveniences?

There are lavatories at Dunwich Museum and near the beach café - we shall always be within a quarter mile of these places.

Due to the level of information being presented, the event is not really suitable for young people under 16. However youngsters are welcome, though under close supervision for health & safety reasons.

How far will we be walking during the day?

The maximum distance for any one walk will be about a half mile.

Participants requested to notify organisers in advance of any latent health conditions which could emerge during the day or affect their healthy participation. Organisers will carry a basic First Aid kit and carry out a Risk Assessment and notify participants on any likely risks during the day.

Yes, but only quiet, well-behaved dogs on leads.

There is free on-street parking in St James's Street and at the beach (with a request for donation to local charity).
