Using all wholegrain, natural ingredients, dishes free from dairy, refined sugars and refined flours, I will introduce you to different grains and pulses, show you how to cook with these, prepare new season veggies and use herbs and spices to get the most out of the fresh flavours. This is a great way to learn how to replace the processed unhealthy ‘food products” we are all too familiar with.
Featuring dishes that can be cooked in batches so that you can freeze ahead foods and always have healthy food in the fridge ready to turn into quick and easy lunches and dinners.
What we will cover:
Snack options; Sweet & savoury options including juicing and/or smoothies that will keep you from turning to the biscuit barrel!
Vegetable and pulse based meals; Quick and easy everyday one pot dishes that can also be turned into soups and extra meals.
Grain based dishes; That can be used for a meals in themselves and that can make extra meals by the addition of extra veggies/nuts/seeds.
Guilt free desserts; Naturally sweetened & dairy free goodies that taste naughty but are secretely good for you!
All dishes will be vegetarian/gluten free, may contain eggs.
