Event Details

The quality of everything we do depends on the thinking we do first. And we do our finest thinking when someone actively helps us to think, creating an environment that enables us to think fully for ourselves, without direction, interruption or fear.

What’s most significant about this is that most of the time we don’t give people the chance to really think for themselves. We interrupt, suggest, get bored waiting, get distracted – anything rather than giving them real attention. It’s just learned behaviour, but it’s not productive for anyone.

So imagine instead that we could actually help people to think better, to be more creative, decisive and focused. What would that look like?  We have a solution – it’s called the Thinking Environment® – with Ten Components that are mostly simple and yet powerful.

The Thinking Partnership Course is a 3 day (2+1) intensive, experiential course exploring the theory and exquisite practice of this unique way of working one to one. Through it you will learn how to help people to think independently, generatively and intelligently by providing the optimal conditions for thinking. It will take your listening and coaching skills to new heights and significantly enhance your ability to be truly present for others.

This course is supremely useful for anyone who works 1:1 as a coach, mentor, teacher, counsellor or therapist, in fact for anyone who want to learn how to create simply amazing conditions for people to think well and to improve their relationship skills.

Places are limited to 6 people on each course. The course fee of £920 (plus booking fee) includes course materials, light refreshments and lunch, and CPD certificate.  To secure your place please book below.
