About the workshop:
Do you ever have days when you're busy but not productive? Do you ever seem to be overwhelmed by the sheer volume of work? Are you sometimes finding it difficult to de-stress or make headway against the tide of tasks that you face? Then this is the workshop for you.
Time management is one of the key skills needed in the fast paced lifestyle we have today. Our ability to make the best use of time through analysis, planning and prioritising has beneficial effects on work outputs and personal organisation. Better use of time enhances quality of life and can be a major step towards increasing efficiency and indeed reducing workplace stress levels.
Stress in the workplace is a major contributor to loss of efficiency, absenteeism and lack of team working. A clear understanding of what the likely stressors are, how to recognise them and ultimately how to adopt coping strategies can be a major step towards reducing workplace stress levels.

Participation is free but places are limited to 20 people. Please register using the link above.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please note that failure to cancel your place at least 3 working days before the event will incur an administration fee, this also includes non-attendance.

If the above notification period is not given, or in the event of non-attendance, then the following cancellation fee applies:
£25 for a half-day workshop or £50 for 1 or more days - whatever the reason
During the event, please ensure that your attendance is noted each day to avoid being charged the cancellation fee (as above), normally by signing an attendance sheet at registration.
Illness: in the event of non-attendance due to illness, a doctor’s certificate must be provided otherwise the full cancellation fee will be charged.
Individuals who withdraw after the start of an event will still be liable for the cancellation fee as outlined above.
