About this event

Glenmoor & Winton Academies are two 11-16 secondary modern Academies located in the heart of Bournemouth. The schools are co-located (Glenmoor is an all-girls school and Winton all-boys) and form part of the United Learning Multi Academy Trust.

The Academies have gone through a period of transformation over the past 10 years and a significant part of this change has been to address the gap which previously existed in the performance of disadvantaged learners. Progress and attainment are now amongst the highest in the country for these group of students at the Academies.

Leaders are keen to share strategies that have helped to achieve this success believing many are transferable to any school context (and many of which the school has stolen with pride from others!!)

We hope you can join us on 29th April from 4pm.

The session will be led by Stuart Ingram (Executive Principal at Glenmoor & Winton) and Ben Antell (former Principal and Executive Principal).
