Meditation Teacher

From the age of 7 my grandmother engaged my mind daily in mediative techiques. I was inspired to meditate further at the age of 10 when I observed buddhist monks at Tibet. From the age of 18 I visited various temples to study ancient scriptures and seek guidance in Naad Yoga from world acclaimed Indian classical musicians. After studying sufi texts i compiled over 1000 meditative sufi poems which i recited at venues across the country in the previous decade.

After 25 years of training and experiencing the richness of diversity of spiritual heritage from many faiths. I met experienced teachers which helped me remove many of the veils between me and myself, but it was the spiritual teacher Babaji who removed the final veil which allowed me to experience the Formless. My graditute to BabaJi can never be expressed in words.
