Using psychology to design a kickass digital strategy
In this intensive, 3-hour masterclass, you'll discover how you can use psychological techniques to design a kickass digital strategy.
Starting with an interactive audit (this is the juicy bit), together we'll analyse your current strategy to identify your strengths and target weaknesses.
We'll then explore the psychological tools and tactics you need to design a kickass digital strategy, including how to:
- Use your brand to build your persona and reputational capital
- Convert friends and followers into loyal subscribers
- Craft irresistible headlines people will want to read
- Use rapport and trust-building techniques to build trust via social media
- Engage with trolls (the anti-trolling technique everyone needs)
