Utilising Digital and Social Media

This one-day workshop will ensure that your business has the insight and knowledge to successfully utilize the various digital and social media tools available.
The course will start by running through the basic principles of the web by highlighting best practice procedures. The plethora of tools available will then be assessed as you decide which solutions are most suited for your business.
The tools reviewed and evaluated will range from email marketing and social media management tools to analytic platforms and collaborative services.
The course will conclude by exploring how to promote your business (digital PR) and how to get people talking about it.
Most of the tools highlighted in the course are free or in a low-price bracket. Bringing your own laptop (or failing a laptop a tablet / iPad) is highly recommended.
