Poet in the City presents...
This evening of live poetry and discussion will provide a rich and imaginative context to consider the Icelandic Sagas. Joining a panel of leading experts in Medieval Icelandic literature and history will be Gerdur Kristny, Iceland's leading poet and author, whose contemporary take on Nordic myth and legend Bloodhuf, has been internationally acclaimed and The BP Exhibition Vikings: life and legend curator, Gareth Williams.
Poet in the City is a registered charity committed to attracting new audiences to poetry, making new connections for poetry, and raising money to support poetry education.
