This online Q&A session gives an opportunity to ask homeowners about their retrofit projects and journeys.

We advise you take some time before this session to look through the case studies, familiarise yourself with the different retrofit projects and think of some questions you may want to ask the homeowners.

This session is preceded by our introductory Beginner’s Guide to Retrofit online webinar, useful if you are new to retrofit and home energy efficiency.
