The Vital 101 Lifestyle workshop is designed around any individual who wants to optimise their current lifestyle in order to be healthier, happier and more energetic. This session will help you to identify the key components of a healthy lifestyle. You will also learn how to identify and leverage the factors that will help you sustain these positive lifestyle changes for good.
The workshop is delivered by professional British Cycling coach and personal trainer, Colin Bell. Colin has spent many years helping athletes and sports professionals to perfect a healthy lifestyle in order to achieve outstanding results.
This session will benefit anyone that is interested in making changes that will improve the quality of their health, productivity and overall lifestyle. During the workshop we will explore techniques used be elite sports teams and demonstrate how they can be applied by any individual to make informed lifestyle choices around:
- How we manage our energy
- How we fuel ourselves
- How we exercise
In addition to exploring the fundamentals of optimal daily habits, we will look at the working relationship between the three, and demonstrate how small, consistent changes can have huge long term benefits to the way you live your life.
