Warm-ups and Speed Training
Preparing players and athletes for a training session or match is critical, yet warm-ups often lack variety and specificity. A well-constructed warm-up can be fun and include many of the fundamental movement patterns that your athletes require to play their sports.
In this workshop, you will learn a dynamic warm-up that will best prepare your athlete(s). You will then work through a series of drills to improve speed and agility.
