Implementation of a successful well being programme by the Universoty of Wolverhamption


 

Speaker: Clare Dickens - Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator
University of Wolverhampton

Clare is a from a mental health nursing back ground gaining practice and management experience with in an array of settings to include intensive care, forensic, acute, substance misuse, primary care, private mental health rehabilitation and research practice over the past 12 years. Her practice has seen her work with some of the most disadvantaged groups in society with in inpatient and community settings. As well as managing the strategic changes at service levels that have come about in differing political climates.


Academically Clare conducted visiting lecturing on some of the post graduate courses at the University of Wolverhampton’s Faculty of Education Health and Wellbeing focusing on risk assessment and contingency management, throughout this period and more extensively when she studied her Master’s Degree in Applied Mental Health.
