In this talk Nello Cristianini will discuss with social scientist Justin Lewis what this analysis can tell us about what stories people read and why and how the media can be used both as an indicator and director of public awareness and human emotion.

Speakers Professor Nello Cristianini, Department of Computer Science and Department of Engineering Mathematics and Professor Justin Lewis, Cardiff University
