Description

South West Wiltshire Area Board invite you to the ‘What Matters to You in the South West Wiltshire Community Area?’ community event on Wednesday 30 April 2014 at Dinton Village Hall, Bratch Lane, Salisbury, SP3 5EB. We will be discussing local issues including projects in and around South West Wiltshire and how we can work together to ensure these are developed and delivered over the next 2 years.

Our vision is to make communities stronger and more resilient and by working together with you and our public and private sector partners, we aim to empower local people and community groups to achieve the things that are important to them. We would greatly value your input at this event to help make the South West Wiltshire community area a better place in which to live and work.

The ‘What Matters to You?’ event will be an interesting and interactive discussion and the latest detailed information about the South West Wiltshire area will be available to make the evening as informed as possible. The evening has been designed to help us all agree local priorities and actions.

You can access further details by visiting http://www.intelligencenetwork.org.uk/local-area-profiles/. We will be in touch again in the the next couple of weeks with details of a new website where you will be able to find the new community area Joint Strategic Assessment (JSA).

This event is supported by Wiltshire Council and our colleagues in local police, health and fire and rescue services as well as by local business, public and community groups. Attendance is by invitation to ensure we have the right people in the room to make progress on issues from housing to arts and culture.

We really hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you on the night.
