This two-hour workshop will provide you with a taster in fundraising strategy development.
The workshop includes materials and activities from the Resourcing Scotland’s Heritage ‘Fundraising: Planning to Progress’ training event. It is particularly well suited for volunteers and trustees of either heritage groups and organisations or organisations undertaking a heritage related project (cultural, built, natural or intangible heritage).
By the end of the workshop you will have:
- A clear understanding of the definition of fundraising strategy
- A good understanding of the importance of voluntary support
- Developed ideas for your own strategy
We will explore case studies from the sector with a focus on the funding mix and best practice.
