Woodland Ecology webinar for EY Practitioners - Forest Kindergarten

Created as an add on course for Forest Kindergarten.

Objectives

By the end of the training the learner will:

• Understand some fundamental principles of woodland ecology.

• Have learnt some nature connection ‘tools’ in the form of woodland ecology-inspired activities that can be used with early years groups.

• Have a greater understanding some of the safety considerations in relation to the woodland environment.

• Have a greater understanding of how to protect and an enhance the conservation value of a woodland site.
