As part of our commitment to making the working world a happier place, PES are proud to run the Bristol Workplace Wellbeing movement.

Our next event takes place at the Penny Brohn Cancer Care Centre in Pill.

These events:

  • Break down the vast topic of wellbeing into bitesize pieces, by covering a different topic at each event
  • Help you to understand why wellbeing is important to modern business
  • Assist your business case for wellbeing

Debbie Kleiner-Gaines is our very own PES Wellbeing expert and the mind behind Bristol Workplace Wellbeing. She is currently studying for her Masters degree and ran her own company, Best Health, until late last year when it joined forces with PES.

'The Bristol Workplace Wellbeing movement gives businesses the opportunity to learn more about the benefits of wellbeing and is a great chance to openly discuss the challenges that HR people are seeing in today’s SME businesses. It acts as a relaxed and fun platform to share ideas and wellbeing initiatives, both successful and disastrous!'

Michael Connors will be on hand to describe his 'whole person approach' to wellbeing. Thi sholistic method has proven extremley successful and we are excited to ehar what he has to offer.

'My core psychological training is in Holistic and Integrative methods in counselling and psychotherapy and this has led to an ongoing interest in a whole person approach to health and well being.'

Nicola Rich will deliver a keynote speech surrounding emotional resillience. This is a fantastic opportunity to listen to a passionate expert, who has extensive experience in HR, Counselling and Coaching.

'There is a perception that HR, Counselling & Coaching has to be so serious all the time but it’s not like that. Many people I come in to contact with remember & value the more humorous moments, a laughter shared or the sense of joy they felt when things simply fall into place and life seemed enjoyable once again.'

This is a fantastic free networking opportunity, and a chance to share your experiences with other industry professionals. There will be food and drink available provided by the Penny Brohn centre.
