Yin Yan 1st Birthday Party - Fizz and Laughter Yoga!

We can't believe it's been a year since we started our health at work revolution - and we want you to help us celebrate! Join us for an informal evening, with a range of free drinks and nibbles and much more including:

• Laughter Yoga (more on this below) - it's optional so you don't have to take part, but we can assure you that it is bloomin good fun!

• Strike a yoga pose using our amazing "Yogi Photoshop" boards - think seaside photos putting your head on a yogi body!

There will be plenty of friendly faces and you'll get the chance to meet the people we work with, ask the team about our classes or moustaches, and you might even get to stroke Carter, our lovely hound and Head of Wellbeing!

Laughter yoga is designed to make you laugh and feel good - simple as that! It is done standing up (normal work clothes are perfect) and you'll be guided through some breathing exercises followed by some child-like play activities to get your funny muscles warmed up - created laughter quickly turns to contagious laughter (trust us, it really does!) and it just keeps going!! Benefits include loads of work on your abdominal and core muscles, improved mood & better sleep - and who doesn't enjoy a good belly laugh?!
