The annual CILIP Youth Libraries Group conference is the flagship event for anyone involved in children's books, reading and libraries. This year the conference falls before the closure of the all important nominations for Carnegie and Kate Greenaway medals 2017 giving exhibitors the perfect opportunity to remind potential nominators of their key contenders.
Details for this year's programme can be found on the main Delegate booking page.
Publishers, library suppliers and allied organisations are invited to book space within our exhibition which will be open in parallel to the entire conference programme on Friday and Saturday.
Tickets can be booked online for an inclusive delegate place and exhibition table, as well as for non-delegate exhibition tables only. Delegate bookings include all meals, overnight stay and access to programme sessions. Non-delegate bookings include lunch and refreshments on both days but do not include the Gala Dinner on Friday.
Each exhibitor is able to include one item in the delegate welcome packs, opportunities for including extra items may be possible in discussion with the Conference Exhibition Manager.
Full details for exhibition setup and take-down will be provided following booking.

Youth Libraries Group
The Youth Libraries Group of CILIP is the organisation of choice for librarians, information professionals and all those working with or interested in children's and young people's books, reading development, the promotion of libraries and reading for pleasure.
Our nearly 2000 members come from a wide range of workplaces - public libraries, schools, school library services, colleges, universities and early years settings. We also welcome and have many student, non-working and international members.
With twelve groups across the United Kingdom we form one of the largest and liveliest special interest groups in CILIP.
