These workshops are intended for mentors who are supporting nursing and midwifery students on University of Northampton programmes.
Mentor Preparation Workshops are intended for mentors who are new to Northamptonshire or who are returning to mentoring after a break from the role and ‘registrants’ who, contribute to the assessment of students, whilst working alongside a mentor and are supported by them. This workshop aims to provide an over view of the mentorship process and documentation use and is good preparation for those about to embark on the Facilitating Learning in Professional Practice module.
The workshops are available to everyone even though individual venues may attract subject speciality.
